Service Description
Gain insight on tips and tricks on how to achieve Overall Wellness based on your individualized goals. Explore all facets of Wellness or focus on a select few. -Exercise Profile: How to build a workout based on your specific fitness journey goals. -Nutrition Profile: Suggested Calorie, Carb, Protein, and Fat intake. Recommended amounts of select minerals. Insight on Hydration. Individualized tips and tricks to help achieve your goals given your wants, needs, and struggles. Other: Sleep Suggestions, Intellectual Boost Ideas, Mindfulness and Grounding Practices, and overall Life Coaching. It is highly suggested that you complete the Free K.A.W. Assessment prior to your appointment to better guide you in your Wellness Journey.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel, please contact Carolyn Stiles via email at InkwellStudios13@gmail.com 12 hours before your session starts. Canceling within the 12 hours prior to the appointment will result in a $10 fee. You can reschedule up to 1 hour prior to the appointment given emergencies. Communication is well respected here. I am flexible as long as that communication flows. I hold myself to the same standard. Because of this, if I need to cancel the appointment, outside of technical difficulties or family emergency, I will offer a rescheduled session for free.
